RS Minor, Luke Childers ’28 - Accepted to AMDG Program
RS Minor, Luke Childers ’28, was accepted to participate in the year-long through the Institute for Advanced Jesuit Studies at Boston College. The program's name, AMDG, comes from the Latin motto of the Society of Jesus, Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam, For the Greater Glory of God.
Luke mentioned: "I became inspired through the teachings of Saint Ignatius and his emphasis on service, and how the religious studies minor focuses on service to others, and how AMDG will provide me with the skillset to do so."
